当ショップはオランダから直送でお届けいたします。
現在は日本・韓国・台湾・シンガポール・オーストラリア・アメリカ・カナダへの配送が可能です。それ以外の地域にお住みの方でご購入希望の場合はいったんお問い合わせください。
Our store ships directly from the Netherlands.
We can ship to Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, United States, and the Canada. If you are located in other areas and would like to purchase, please contact us.


配送料・発送日・配達日数（Shipping fee, Shipping date, Delivery days）
◉送料は一律で5000円です。（2025年1月23日より改定）
◉ Shipping fee is 5000 yen. (Revised from January 23, 2025)

◉発送はご入金確認後、3営業日以内にオランダより発送致します。（土日・オランダ祝日を除く）
※但し、泊り込みの買付に行く際は発送が出来ないため、上記よりお時間をいただきます。お待たせして申し訳ありませんが、ご理解いただけますと幸いです。
※買付の際は事前にSNSにてお知らせをさせていただきます!
◉We will ship from the Netherlands within 3 business days after we confirm your payment. （We will ship from the Netherlands within 3 business days after receiving your payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Dutch holidays).
※However, if we are out of the country for an extended period of time to purchase an item, it may take longer to ship. We appreciate your understanding.
※If I will be away for an extended period of time, I will notify you in advance via SNS!

配送業者・方法（Shipping Company/Method）
オランダ郵便局（PostNL）より追跡可能な方法にて発送致します。（オランダからの直送となります）
We will ship from the Netherlands Post Office (PostNL) by a traceable method. (The package will be shipped directly from the Netherlands).


お届け先住所・配送内容の変更・商品が返送となった場合（Change of Delivery Address or Delivery Details or If the product is returned）
①ご注文後マイページにて住所を変更もしくは追加されても、既にご注文いただいた商品のお届け先は変更されませんので、ご注意ください。
①Please note that even if you change or add your address on My Page after placing your order, the delivery address for items you have already ordered will not be changed.

②発送した商品を他の住所への転送はできません。転送をご希望される場合はお客様ご自身にて配達業者（日本国内の場合は日本郵便）とご連絡し、相談してください。
②Shipped items cannot be forwarded to another address. If you wish to forward your order, please consult with the delivery company on your own.

③ご注文ごとでの配送となります。ご注文確定後に別注文の商品と同梱し、発送することはできませんのでご注意くださいませ。
③Please note that we are unable to ship an order together with another order after the order has been confirmed.

④長期のご不在や受け取り拒否等により商品が返送となった場合、返送により発生した費用(返却時送料・オランダでの通関手数料)と再送時の送料はお客様のご負担になります。
④In the event of long-term absence or refusal of acceptance resulting in the return of the product, any expenses incurred from the return (return shipping fees, customs clearance fees in the Netherlands) as well as the reshipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.

税関検査・関税（Customs inspections and Duties）
オランダからお客様がお住まいの国・地域へ直接お届けするため、商品が輸入される際には税関にて検査を行われる場合や通関時に関税が発生する場合がございます。
In order to deliver from the Netherlands to your country or region by international mail, your goods may be inspected by customs when they are imported, and customs duties may be incurred at customs clearance.
